You can download your Facebook information from settings. To download your information:

  1. Log into your Facebook account.
  2. Click on the menu arrow next to Quick Help in the upper right corner of any Facebook page outside of their help area.
  3. Under the General Account Settings click on the link “Download a copy of your Facebook data.”
  4. When the page loads click on the Start My Archive button. This starts creating the archive for you to download.
  5. Once you receive an email that indicates your download is ready, click on the link in the email.
  6. Click on the Download Archive button.
